I'm excited about Poop!
Brother has been having constipation issues, after a two day strike he let it rip yesterday.
I was so happy! Seriously, I cheered about it.
He still isn't regular, but he seems so much more comfortable.
I never thought I would be thankful for a dirty diaper, but oh I am!
My 3 year old has had constipation issues in the past and Oh how we cheered when he would finally go! Good for brother!
ReplyDeleteIf it makes you feel any better, all three of my breast fed babies held onto their poo. Blake still does it. All of my boys could go 5-7 days without a bowl movement. My pediatrician assured me there was nothing to worry about and that breast fed babies could do that because there is not much waste. But when they DID go! Oh my… HUGE blow outs! Blake will be 5 months on the 28th and still only goes every 5 days or so. I remember taking Ben to the doctor after 5 days of no poo! But by baby #3, I think of it as a little blessing! The less poo to clean up that better! Blake is starting solids, so here come the poopy diapers!
ReplyDeleteThis is so funny and so true! At 4.5 months old, I'm STILL happy about each one of Baby J's! Just means they are feeling fine and all is working properly! Whodathunk that'd ever be the case before baby?!?!
